There is currently no experience like this in Canada — particularly on the East Coast. While outreach programs exist, none formally combine clean beauty, specialty water, education, and economic reinvention in one immersive space. Our evolving model blends product innovation with social impact, offering a purpose-led environment where every drop and every detail matters.
Our operations span specialty cosmetics and premium distilled water, backed by over 2,000 proprietary formulas and two decades of global production experience. Nancy
Formulator/FounderNancy is an international Cosmetic Scientist and entrepreneur, known as a celebrity formulator and a specialist in advanced and niche product categories. She has founded manufacturing initiatives across the globe, including her own facility in the United States — empowering women and building the hélico brand to offer more than just cosmetics. Her current ventures also include specialty waters and a space dedicated to innovation, discovery, and immersive experiences. She looks forward to expanding the Lab + Lounge format as the foundation for her nonprofit work — creating a welcoming home base where community, education, and entrepreneurship intersect.

We are neither. While some offerings may resemble spa or educational environments, we are a private facility where independent beauty and wellness professionals may offer services or workshops. These are not limited to skin treatments, and all activity remains independent from formal spa or school licensing.
